Your calendar app will ask which calendar to put these in. It can't create one for you from a downloaded file, so make an empty one first and pick that. Then the classes sit on their own layer you can hide with one tick — or delete in one go at the end of term, instead of removing dozens of events by hand.
Apple Calendar (Mac) — File → New Calendar, name it “Baby classes”, then open the downloaded file and choose it.
iPhone or iPad — in Calendar, tap Calendars → Add Calendar, then open the downloaded file and choose it.
Google Calendar — in the left sidebar, Other calendars → + → Create new calendar. Then Settings → Import & export → Import, pick the file and select your new calendar.
Free to drop in on — no booking, no timetable. Good for the days between classes.
